Nice hotel with particularly good location and views of the sea. Absolutely fabulous and fabulous staff, amazing single room. Fine bathroom, and a safe box, central heating, and a work desk.

Kind and good staff, breakfasts were amazing.

The hotel was great with lovely and particularly good location adjacent to the airport, the town center, and the market. The single room was modern, included a roll in shower and bath sheets. The view of the ocean & mountains 

Modern and incredible room, tea and coffee making facilities, a work desk, and television were a nice surprise. The staff were very friendly and supremely helpful all the time.

Every time we stay in Puerto del Carmen, like to stay here. Country house hotel, it offers amazing breakfast and lovely rooms. The location is great and absolutely perfect in a lovely area, next to Puerto Calero from the old 

Had a wonderful stay here during our new year. Came here for 4 nights with our children, everything was great. The personnel was great, doing their best to assist.

Marvellous breakfast — a good choice of meals. The rooms with a hospital bed, fresh towels, for example.

We enjoyed to spend 4 days in single room. It boasted lovely views of the mountains. The employees were kind and good all the time. The breakfast was great, the check in was early. It had heated swimming

I stayed at Casas Heddy for a week and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I especially enjoyed the aqua gym sessions in the morning. The pool area was fantastic, and the breakfast selection was great, with 

The location is marvellous and they have parking on site. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located far away from the market.

Had fabulous stay for 4 nights with lovely staff and peaceful location to later bars or a cheap taxi journey. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was brilliant.

Everything was outstanding, including attentive staff and MARVELLOUS location to use taxis which are cheap. Early check-in, parking on-site. The best physiotherapy and massage services available too.
